How do I place an order with Rocbo.nl?

Regardless of whether you have a log in / password or not, the order procedure remains the same. By using your log in / password you will save time on ordering, because your personal and business information will then become visible.

Let's go over the order procedure step by step:
  • Search by using the search field or browse through the product categories until you have found the desired item.
  • Enter the desired quantity of item(s) in the designated field. Then click "Add"
  • The item is added to your shopping cart which is permanently visible on the right hand side of the webshop. By clicking "See shopping cart" you have the option to view or check the ordered items. This is your virtual order sheet that will remain active for as long as you remain on Rocbo.nl. All the subsequent items that you add according to the procedure above will be added to your shopping cart.
  • Change the quantity if necessary and click on "Recalculate" to recalculate the total amount excluding VAT. You can then continue shopping and possibly add other items or click on "Check out" to complete the order procedure.
  • If you are not a customer yet or do not have a log in / password
In step 1 you are asked to enter your e-mail address. After that in step 2 you will get to chose from various payment options and you enter various data regarding this. In step 3 you see the shipping costs that are added to the order. In step 4 you are asked to enter data regarding invoicing and delivery. All fields with an asterisk (*) are required by Rocbo to correctly carry out your order. The database checks whether these have been completed and provides a notification in case any information is missing. All the information provided by you will be treated confidentially. At the bottom of the page there is space for possible comments (your reference number, desired delivery date, etcetera). Now click on "Order"
If you have a log in / password
If you are already logged in, your personal and business information will be displayed. If not, you can still enter your log in / password. You can change your business information if necessary. At the bottom of the page there is space for possible comments (your reference number, desired delivery date and time, etcetera). Now click on "Order"
  • You will now be automatically directed to the website of Triple Deal, which handles payments for Rocbo.nl securely (see payment options for further information).
  • In case you chose for payment by way of C.O.D. you will remain on the Rocbo.nl website to complete your order.
  • After settling the payment you have the option to print your invoice directly. Then you can close your browser or return to the Rocbo.nl homepage

    • If your company is not a customer yet
    You now have access to our webshop without delay and can order online. Upon placing an order you are requested to state your personal and company information on a web-form. After receipt and acceptance of your order you will receive a personal log in and password by e-mail.

    • My log in / password does not appear to work: what should I do?
    When entering your log in and/or password, ensure correct use of upper-case and lower-case letters. Another common mistake is the distinction between the letter "O" and the number "0" or the lower-case letter "l" and the upper-case letter "I". If you cannot gain access despite all of this, send an e-mail to info@rocbo.nl stating the following information:

    Pay as you like

    On Rocbo.nl you have various payment options. All the methods of payment offered are very secure.

    To stay on top of the most recent developments in this matter, Rocbo reserves the right to add or remove payment methods from time to time. Rocbo also reserves the right to offer certain (loyal) customers payment methods that are not available to other customers.

    For handling of the payments Rocbo uses the services of a so-called Service Provider, Triple Deal Payment Services (www.tripledeal.com). Triple Deal is an experienced and trusted partner in this area and handles, among other things, the payments of Marktplaats.nl.

    By Credit Card (through a secured link)
    Standing order

    C.O.D.. Rocbo also offers the option to pay in cash to the parcel service on delivery of the items. The extra charge for this is passed on to the customer. This payment method does not run through Triple Deal.

    For customers outside of the Netherlands Rocbo tries to offer local payment methods through Triple Deal as much as possible. The options differ per country.
